Just wanted to thank you and your agent in Juneau, Alaska (Safeway) for everything. Even though when we asked for the flowers to be delivered my beloved Auntie, at the time, was being medivaced to Seattle, Washington...two days later, she was returned to Juneau on Tuesday evening to prepare for her final days. I contacted Safeway and they were more than helpful to us and in fact, delivered a fresh bouquet for us on Saturday after her passing on Thursday afternoon. We took the bouquet to the Shrine of St. Therese out on Lynn Canal on Sunday for the final memorial Mass for her. There was no extra charge for the new bouquet and deliver to my Auntie's home. Myself and the family greatly appreciated the extra service and mile that everyone went to for us during these last days.

Sadly we had to send flowers for the loss of a close friends sister. We got a call from the family telling us that the arrangements was so simple yet one of the most beautiful. The family was japanese and to them had an oriental flare. They placed it at the entrance as a welcome to all those that came to the house for the memorial service. Perhaps we made an error, perhaps the selection made was not the most appropriate given the occasion. Feedback is the only way we can rectify a problem and continue to get better. I have just found out that the sympathy flowers sent to the home were not received. Perhaps they were stolen from the front of the house. Since ital florist had also been the main florist used for the funeral as well as being acquaintances of the recipients, I am disappointed in the outcome.

Our reliance on our FTD affiliates is for the most part one of our strengths. We deal with the best FTD florists across North America. Having said that we are always expanding our delivery area and as of Dec 1, 2009 we are now delivering directly to Aurora.
I have ordered flowers from Ital online on numerous occasions. I love that I can take my time at night going through the arrangements before deciding on one. Although I don't usually have the opportunity to see the arrangements they always receive rave reviews. Last week we sent hand tied roses to my mother-in-law for her 80th birthday. She was thrilled that they were delivered right to her door and not left at the front desk. Yesterday I had a chance to see the Sweet Peace sympathy arrangement for myself and it was beautiful. Something a little different for those looking for something besides the traditional floral tribute. Actually the picture doesn't do it justice. I have ordered it a few times now and always receive comments from the families on how beautiful it is.

Roses....as hard as we try to always buy the best, and take extreem care in hydrating them and cutting them and keeping them in ideal conditions, every once in a while a dozen roses will just droop. Typically a sign that water was not travelling through the stem and up to the head of the roses.
We immediately rectified the problem.

We post negative comments and absolutely admit it when we mess up. And yes we did goofed. We entered the incorrect delivery date and this caused a series of events that we could never have imagined.
The recipient had not yet moved in so the early delivery meant that someone else accepted the flowers.
Delivery was confirmed and all was terrific...except they were delivered on the wrong day and the wrong person received them. Such an innocent error while processing the order created quite the confusion in here. We couldn't understand it since in our minds we made the delivery.
I hope the second arrangement sent was enjoyed and appreciated.

I recently ordered some flowers for my best friend and her husband who just had a new baby boy. The online ordering process was very easy. After I sent in all my information, I realized I had written the wrong telephone number for the recipient and thought this was going to spell disaster (the flowers were for Toronto, the phone number was for Whitehorse!). I went into Contact Us on the menu, sent an e-mail with my mistake and the correct number, and I received an e-mail back very quickly saying it was not a problem and they would correct the phone number. I was so impressed with the constomer service. I will definitely order flowers from them again.

Recently I had ordered a bouquet for my young niece who was in the hospital, but because of her condition they kept her in intensive care for the entire time. Italflorist called me to let me know that they would call the hospital each day until she was in a room where they could deliver the flowers. After 4 days, I called the florist and asked about cancelling the order. Italflorist was happy to do this, did not try to convince me to do something else-and they processed the refund. This is customer service, and I will continue to order from Italflorist as well as recommend them to others.

I had placed what I thought was one order of roses for Mother's Day - surprise, surprise, I had goofed and placed two. It was Friday night, after store hours, and I thought...what am I going to do? So I emailed Italflorist, thinking, 'no one is going to be there to pick up this message on a Saturday morning, especially on Mother's Day'. I was wrong - not only did the florist get the message, they replied early that morning to say 'no problem, we'll cancel one order', and the flowers (GORGEOUS, btw) arrived without incident.
I have to say, the flowers are beautiful, but the service at Italflorist is what will bring me back again and again. Awesome work, folks!

I placed 2 orders with Ital florist to be delivered on the same day. I requested that consideration be made that the flowers be delivered in late afternoon as the recipients would be returning from the hospital that afternoon.
The arrangements were fresh and beautiful and I loved the prompt delivery (next day) however, I am very disappointed that both orders were left on the front porch.
I realize that the website says special requests for delivery times cannot always be honoured, which I understand. But the flowers should not have been left out on the front porch without being received. I provided contact numbers for the recipient so that Ital florist could contact prior to delivery. The recipients arrived home at 3:30 PM and it is unknown how long they were left on the front porch.
I have to place 3 more orders for this month and although I was happy with the product Ital florist delivered, I am disappointed that there was a possibility the flowers could have been stolen or kicked over before the recipients arrived home. Therefore, I will be cautious with my next upcoming orders and will be contacting other businesses inquiring on their delivery process when recipients are not readily available to accept the flowers.

We fully respect and understand this concern. The reality is that from time to time, in order to deliver the flowers on the day requested we are left with no choice but to leave the flowers at the front door. We always make sure that the flowers, if left, are placed as safely as possible protected from the elements and in such a way that the chances of theft are minimal. In the event something did go wrong we would take full responsibility.
We do use the telephone numbers to niotify recipients when flowers are left outside or at another address.
I am thrilled that the flowers were beautiful and I trust they were enjoyed.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on March 19th, when I didn't hear back from the recipient by mid-day March 20th, I contacted Ital Florist and was told in fact the flowers were not delivered and the florist in California that was supposed to deliver the arrangement was closed for the weekend which I had requested delivery!!! With some pushing on my part it was discovered that this florist had been closed for a week and was having financial difficulties. In fact another florist near by had said the business was "dodgy". Initially Ital Florist was not willing to take responsibility for working with a "dodgy" business. After speaking with the manager and explaining to him that a customer should not take the fall for their err, he agreed and I was fully refunded and the flowers were delivered by another florist. This incident has prompted Ital Florist to have a better screening system. They took the fall this time and let this be a lesson for them to investigate the businesses they associate with. I was told if I had not complained they would not have known that the California business was closed!!!

Ital Florist has been doing an outstanding job for me for as long as I can remember. When I lived in Toronto it was easy to pick up the phone and get the great service and excellent products that I have grown accustomed to. I moved away to Ottawa in 1998 and have continued to use Ital for all my floral needs back in Toronto, ordering flowers both by phone and by their great Internet site.

I just want to tell everyone I have finally found a Floritst (consumer service) who goes above and behond the call of duty for their clients, and with the personal touch to boot!
I had submitted an unhappy testimonial regarding an order for my Mom's birthday last weekend, since I thought it was not what I had expected for my money. However, after a conversation with one of Ital's representatives, I discovered they actually had enhanced the basket with more items than called for...now that is a rare surprise these days!

I was very disappointed with the arrangement for my mother's 76th Birthday.
It was a lot smaller than what it said, and the selection of "gourmet" items was not what I had anticipated. There were 3 packages of cheese, which my Mom cannot eat, no cookies, not a lot of variety as advertised.

Hi there! I have sent your flowers to to friends of mine when the needed cheering up.
The first friend is my personal trainer and massage therapist who works very hard. She had to have surgery and called me to say when the flowers arrived she cried...and I was very happy.
My next friend has MS and is very brave and has a great spirit and last week they discovered her retina had become detached. She lives on her own and drives herself inher car so this was not good. They reattached the retina at Sunnybrook and her flowers arrived the next day and she called,overjoyed at both the flowers and the vase.

Dear Florist... My aunt and uncle were thrilled to recieve the flowers on July 5th (their 50th wedding anniversary). When they called to thank us they said that many of their friends and family were told that they could not accomodate delivery on that day. My mother-in-law has Alzheimer's. She kept calling italflorest over and over again about a cracked vase (which they corrected).Unfortunately she just couldn't remember that they corrected it. Italflorest took the time to call me in Houston to say that an elderly lady was very upset and didn't seem to understand what was going on. I so appreciated it because these things can really upset her. I was able to call and calm her down. Flower arrangements are not all created equal. The guests were totally WOWED by the wreath. It was breathtaking and stunning. Your web site pictures don't do them justice. Shortly after receiving the floral centrepiece that I had sent to my sister and her husband in North Port, Florida, I received a picture of it taken by my sister. I have used other floral companies on line in the last couple months and I had a real bad experience with one, they not only left the flowers at the wrong house the flower company replaced them with a much smaller one so I could not have any recorse through my visa. I ordered the Gourmet Basket for our friend who had suddenly gone into the hospital. Our dear friend was welcomed home after a month in hospital (where she underwent serious surgery and scary complications) by a huge, glowing bouquet of bright yellow daisy like flowers... her favourites... placed beside her bed. It added a special dimension to her happiness to be home again.
My husband and I wished we could be there to help her, but with her in N. Carolina and us here, it wasn't possible. However, we have no doubt that the beauty of this bouquet gave her an even greater lift on a happy day. It was so good to hear the happiness in her voice.
