you may refer to them for general size guidelines.
NOTE: Prices apply to orders delivered in the Continental
U.S.A. and Canada. We cannot guarantee timed deliveries as well
as deliveries on Sundays and both U.S. and Canadian holidays.
Prices do not include delivery
charges. Local sales taxes will be added to your total where applicable.
